Lavorerai a stretto contatto con:
il CEO del gruppo e, grazie alla sua guida strategica, ti occuperai della messa a terra delle attivitàil Team Sales, per perseguire obiettivi legati all'acquisizione di leadil Team Content (copywriter, grafici, social media manager), ma potrai contare anche sul supporto degli altri team (Strategy, ADS, Analytics etc.)Ti occuperai di:
Creare e perseguire il piano marketing in collaborazione con il CEOPresiedere al controllo di tutto il materiale di comunicazione e marketing e dei contenuti in uscita dell'azienda (powerpoint e slide per presentazioni a clienti, fiere, eventi di settore; report; brochure; comunicati stampa; inserzioni, etc.) facendo in modo che rispondano sempre agli standard della corporate identityGestire i comunicati stampa per testate on e offline. Dalla reperibilità delle notizie in azienda fino alla gestione dei rapporti con testate e giornalisti (per obiettivi di brand awareness, job attraction, lead generation)Gestire il piano editoriale dell'azienda che include contenuti, testi e comunicazioni (blog post, interviste, articoli, case studies, news, social, PR etc.) e la loro propagazione sui canali di comunicazioneGestire la redazione dei contenuti del blog/magazine Affiancare l team ADV per le attività di Digital MarketingPresiedere i profili dei social network aziendali (Linkedin, Facebook etc.)Co-gestire la comunicazione interna (in affiancamento al People & Culture Manager) tramite intranet aziendale, newsletter interna, incontri live, conferenze onlineGestire la presenza agli eventi dei nostri specialisti quando relatoriProgettare, gestire e coordinare la presenza dell'azienda come sponsor agli eventi di settore (comunicazione, stand, materiali etc.)Organizzare eventi on e off line per attività di lead generation / client acquisition (speach, incontri formativi, webinar, evento Ecommerce Strategies, etc.)Supportare il team sales nelle attività di inbound marketing / lead generationCostruire e mantiene rapporti con opinion leaders, influencer, partner commerciali e istituzionaliAlla base del suo fare c'è la narrazione di valori, dei contenuti e delle idee di WMR Group che propagherà in tutte le attività di comunicazione, motivo per cui cerchiamo una persona che abbia una forte abilità nello storytelling.
