THE GIG
Our Digital Country Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering the EMEA Digital Strategy within the Italian Market.
You will be experienced and enthusiastic about driving and developing our digital offering to align with market trends and grow conversion rates, increase revenue, improve marketing efficiencies and overall profitability.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Developing the yearly, quarterly, and monthly digital commercial planBuilding the local strategy to drive site traffic and conversion, working together with the Trade Analytics, Local Marketing and Retail Teams and Customer CareEnsuring the strategy is agile and serves both long term and immediate sales requirementsContinually analyse and evaluate trading performance, share the effectiveness of proposition and promotional mechanics to identify and deliver continuous revenue improvementsSharing weekly trade performance reports with key take outs, actions and insights summarised for the Digital, country and the Regional Leadership TeamsDrive a localised SEO strategy for Italy specifically, working closely with the global SEO team on technical optimisations and agency in market to deliver SEO outreach campaignsProducing ad-hoc analysis on performance across all channels including organic search, CRM & Paid social to drive improvements to the on-site customer journey, targeting and click through ratesMonitoring on-site search behaviour and external developments to inform search optimisations, product discoverability and recommending trends to the Merchandising team ahead of the following seasonWork with our translator agency to drive continuous improvements in translations on the website, across marketing campaigns and ensuring the tonne of voice is in line with brand requirementsSuggest A/B test ideas to continuously develop learnings regarding the on-site customer journey, creative used, SEO and PPC campaignsWork together with EMEA Content and Creation Teams to provide compelling content stories across channels and measure their impact on conversion rateCollaboration with EMEA Merchandising Teams to implement, optimise and maintain merchandising of products as well as developing plans for trade and marketing campaignsReview local customer experiences, including delivery, returns and customer feedback to drive continuous improvementsCollaborating with the Italian marketing team to analyse the impacts of upper funnel marketing activities and make recommendations for digital campaigns based on dataMake recommendations on activities planned in the trade calendar to ensure:Marketing activations are clear and deliverable,Regional events are deliverable against clear KPI'sContent is locally relevant,Identify seasonal product trends to feed back into the Marketing and Product teamsWork with the finance team to build the budgets and support with the understanding of any variances to planReview customer data with the customer service team to make recommendations on improving the on-site experiencePartner with all channel leads to identify opportunities within paid search, new affiliate partners and making recommendationsPartner with Omnichannel Manager on the roadmapReview retail and Digital trends to help aid our understanding of performance and identify risks and opportunitiesIt goes without saying that everyone at Dr Martens is a team.
