Descrizione del lavoro e Compiti Fives Intralogistics SPA, azienda leader nella progettazione, realizzazione, avviamento ed assistenza di impianti e macchine per la movimentazione e lo smistamento, nel quadro del potenziamento delle proprie attività commerciali e di sviluppo in tutto in mondo, ricerca un profilo QHSE Business partner da inserire all'interno del nostro vivace e brillante Service Team che dovrà:
Operare autonomamente in qualità di Safety Business Partner presso i Centri Esterni di manutenzione afferenti all'area Service in Italia e all'estero, ove dovrà recarsi con assidua frequenza per la realizzazione dei compiti e degli obiettivi funzionali assegnati dall'organizzazione Service.
Collaborare proattivamente all'organizzazione di incontri periodici con RSPP/QHSE/Site Manager delle Aziende Clienti dei Centri Esterni di manutenzione, per promuovere efficacemente misure di sviluppo di una politica della sicurezza con la partecipazione di tutti i soggetti coinvolti.
Eseguire in autonomia e proattivamente le audit interne in materia di qualità, salute, sicurezza e ambiente per il dipartimento Service.
Verificare il rispetto delle condizioni di salute e sicurezza e delle prescrizioni legali e individuare la corretta implementazione delle azioni correttive, dei progetti di miglioramento e dei programmi ambientali.
Monitorare e gestire il sistema per la raccolta delle segnalazioni pericolose e dei near miss con conseguente analisi/elaborazione dell'action plan in cooperazione e con il supporto delle funzioni preposte e competenti.
Fornire supporto al RSPP/QHSE Manager per la pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività degli addetti alle emergenze.
Collaborare con il RSPP e il QHSE Manager nell'aggiornamento della valutazione del rischio per la salute e la sicurezza dei dipendenti (DVR).
Collaborare con il QHSE Manager nell'aggiornamento dell'analisi ambientale e mantenere aggiornato il Manuale e le Procedure di sistema per la parte di Service e supportare le attività legate al Sistema Integrato di Gestione.
Coordinare tutte le operazioni riferite alla gestione dei rifiuti dei centri di manutenzione.
Il candidato ideale è laureato in Ingegneria della Prevenzione e della Sicurezza o affini, e ha maturato almeno 5/7 anni di esperienza in un ruolo similare in aziende del medesimo settore o settori affini, meglio se produttrici di impianti su commessa e con attività di service/manutenzione.

È necessaria una conoscenza approfondita delle norme italiane di sicurezza e salute sui luoghi di lavoro, in particolare relativamente ai cantieri, della protezione ambientale e smaltimento rifiuti.

E' richiesta inoltra la familiarità con le norme internazionali di sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro.

E' richiesta la capacità di relazionarsi con le altre funzioni a tutti i livelli.

E' necessaria un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

La conoscenza del francese è considerata un plus.

E' richiesta la disponibilità ad effettuare frequenti trasferte sul territorio italiano ed estero.

Ottima conoscenza di Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point.
