Nel ruolo di Process and Quality Assurance Manager il candidato dovrà gestire il team Qualità ed essere l'interlocutore principale dei nostri clienti per quanto riguarda gli standard dei prodotti, la produzione e le operazioni di controllo. Guiderà il sito produttivo ed i fornitori nel rispondere alle attese dei clienti e intraprenderà le azioni necessarie a ridurre i reclami cliente in maniera preventiva e risolutiva. Le principali missioni saranno:
Gestire e sviluppare la squadra qualità: Reclutare ed accompagnare la crescita delle competenze dei collaboratori
Organizzare e seguire i piani di formazioni e sviluppo della squadra
Condurre i progetti di miglioramento continuo dei processi
Guidare il perimetro della qualità nei differenti reparti (prodotti nuovi e difettosi): Costruire e pilotare la performance dei reparti per migliorare la qualità dei prodotti consegnati ai clienti
Animare la squadra sugli audit e avanzamento dei piani d'azione dei diversi reparti
Sviluppare la cultura e gli strumenti del problem solving
Essere il garante degli standard qualità dei prodotti e della produzione: Mettere in atto e pilotare i riferimenti di qualità dei prodotti finiti inclusi i nuovi prodotti
Organizzare i controlli e la validazione dei nuovi prodotti nei tempi stabiliti
Definire e mettere in atto la strategia di controllo alla ricezione delle materie prime e semilavorati in ingresso
Guidare e migliorare le performance dei fornitori in linea con gli obiettivi definiti
Garantire il mantenimento della Certificazione ISO
Requisiti: Possedere un'esperienza manageriale di almeno 5 anni come team leader o manager in un'organizzazione industriale
È richiesta un'esperienza nella produzione di componenti metallici nel campo della qualità
Razionale e strutturato, la conoscenza del Francese è un requisito fondamentale per la posizione
Orientamento al cliente e risultato con una capacità di decisione rapida ed efficace
Laurea in ambiti tecnici scientifici; conoscenza lettura disegno tecnico
