If you're looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you're in the right place.Riguardo te ed il ruolo da ricoprireNell'ambito dello sviluppo del servizio di Manutenzione per l'impianto chimico di Correggio, Dow è alla ricerca di uno specialista di manutenzione altamente qualificato e con esperienza consolidata in particolare nel campo della strumentazione ed elettrico.In questo ruolo lo specialista ha il compito di gestire le manutenzioni di strumenti e componenti elettrici ed elettronici, supervisionare le attività in appalto in particolare sulla strumentazione ma anche in altri ambiti quali civile, meccanico.A questo titolo, il candidato possiede capacità di problem solving e troubleshooting nell'identificazione e risoluzione di problemi tecnici e propone soluzioni tecniche innovative volte a migliorare l'affidabilità e la sicurezza nell'applicazione degli standard interni in termini di tecnologia e di sicurezza.Il candidato lavorerà a stretto contatto con il reparto di produzione, gli altri tecnici di manutenzione, ed il responsabile di manutenzione.Il lavoro include diversi ambiti di lavoro come la sicurezza degli impianti chimici, le prestazioni ambientali, il funzionamento del processo, l'ottimizzazione, la modifica, l'implementazione della tecnologia, e la manutenzione.ResponsabilitáDiagnosticare e correggere i problemi delle apparecchiature elettriche e strumentali, comprese le calibrazioni.
Configurare, testare, misurare, eseguire i controlli su strumenti pneumatici, elettrici ed elettronici.Definire la specifica, di parti di ricambio e apparecchiature.Assistere nella pianificazione, definizione delle priorità e programmazione della manutenzione supportando il pianificatore, il coordinatore del lavoro e l'input dell'impianto.Conoscenza di base di sistemi IT e diagnostica.Risolvere i problemi e riparare i malfunzionamenti e documentare l'analisi dei guasti.
Raccogliere dati storici e sul funzionamento delle apparecchiature per facilitare il miglioramento dell'affidabilità.Attenersi ai processi di lavoro di manutenzione stabiliti e aiutare a risolvere i problemi che emergono come risultato del lavoro di pianificazione e programmazione.Lavorare in Team per raggiungere i risultati, con una particolare attenzione alla sicurezza al primo posto.Conoscere e saper interpretare PIDs, schemi elettrici, e disegni meccanici.Requisiti10 anni di esperienza nel ruoloConoscenza del funzionamento della strumentazione impiantistica tipica di impianti chimici tra cui sensori di pressione, sensori di temperatura, celle di peso, misuratori di portata, misuratori di livello.Conoscenza dell'architettura applicata al controllo di processo, e relativo hardware.Esperienza nel campo elettrico, con la qualifica di persona esperta elettrica.Competenze preferenzialiDiploma superiore di istituto tecnico elettronico o elettrotecnicoConoscenza della lingua inglese parlato e scritto.Capacità di pensiero critico e comunicazione verbale efficaceFlessibilità al cambiare delle priorità e per la gestione delle scadenze ravvicinateBuon utilizzo di SAPInformazioni aggiuntiveNon é previsto supporto al ricollocamento per questo ruoloBenefits – What Dow offers youWe invest in you.Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.
