YOUR FOCUS La figura dovrà garantire l'erogazione dei servizi IT di clienti interni ed esterni, secondo i livelli di servizio concordati, gestendo tecnologie e infrastrutture atte a sostenere i servizi stessi.
Il lavoro può essere organizzato con turni e reperibilità.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Progettare, implementare e supervisione infrastruttura ICT presso clienti Attività di supporto diretto su sistemi Server, dispositivi client, apparati di rete, telefonia e periferiche Attività di virtualizzazione e gestione dei sistemi in ambienti complessi (anche in configurazione cluster).
REQUIREMENTS: Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo e preferibilmente provenienza dal mercato ICT; Microsoft/Citrix ITIL V3-V4 Foundation HARD SKILLS: Conoscenza di architetture infrastrutturali cloud ed on-prem; Capacità di gestire e supportare architetture in ambito enterprise on prem, on cloud, ibride; Competenza in almeno due OS server; Uso di strumenti di ticketing e monitoraggio.
Must to Have: Conoscenza delle seguenti tecnologie: Microsoft Azure e/o AWS VMware vCloud ed NSX VMware vSphere VMware Horizon / Horizon Cloud RHEL / Linux Microsoft Windows Server Sistemi middleware (webserver, application server) Hardware HPE e DELL: installazione fisica e configurazione di base (iLO/iDRAC, aggiornamento firmware, raid, etc.).
Nice to Have: È gradita la conoscenza delle seguenti tecnologie: Oracle; Soluzioni Backup e DR (Zert0, Rubrik, etc.
); Orchestration e automation, infrastructure as code; Protocolli TCP/IP, IP routing, Multi-protocol Layer Switching networks.
CERTIFICAZIONI: Certificazioni Linux Redhat; Certificazioni VMware.
SOFT SKILLS: Capacità di imparare velocemente e adattarsi facilmente ai cambiamenti; Buone doti di leadership per affrontare le sfide più difficili; Ottime capacità di influenza e di problem solving; Una risorsa altamente motivata, collaborativa, flessibile e responsabile; Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali.
Completano il profilo capacità analitiche e organizzativa, gestione delle priorità, nonché una ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
