We are looking for a Junior Officer to work in the Front Desk Unit. The purpose of EFSA is to be globally accessible to any person regardless of their age, gender, culture, or ability, to foster the greatest degree of independence.Responsabilità - Handle the intake of applications of specific areas and perform the completeness check of dossiers ensuring compliance with SOPs and procedures; - Collaborate with the EFSA managers for the task and the EFSA scientific Units when needed; - Draft and review the outputs of the checks and communicate to applicants through the tools in place ensuring quality in terms of clarity, coherence, and consistency; - Ensure proper document management, also via the dossier submission tools and case management software; - Organise, coordinate and support both internal meetings and meetings with external participants.
