Responsibilities: Craft and serve beverages of impeccable quality that delight our guests and match our standards.Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.Follow all food and beverage safety regulations.Assist in the creation and refinement of cocktail menus.Requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in a bartending role or a similar position.Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Creative flair for developing new cocktail recipes.Strong understanding of mixology, wine, and spirits.Language at least basic English.Conditions: Employment starts from November 2024, Full-time contract.Salary is according to Swedish collective agreement.Payment by the hour is about 158,03 SEK or 27,339 SEK per month.Additional pay for evening hours (from 22,83 SEK/h) and vacation compensation (12,73%).Accommodation: Rent for shared accommodation 2500 SEK/month.
