Sales Engineer role is to proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximizes KONE's order book and profitability.ResponsibilitiesProactively develops and creates customer relationships in your area of responsibilityAccountable for developing KONE position in your customer base or market areaCreates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of KONE teamDocuments the customer and contact information, maintains customer dataAccountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targetsValidates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safetyAccountable for hand-over to installation, maintenance and/or engineering with complete and correct informationMaintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits.Timely and accurate reportingSupporting the finance function in money collection. Professional requirementsMastering customer contacts, presentations and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities;Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms;English and IT proficiency;Knowledge of product salesIdeal candidate will have a University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, will be target driven, will have a strong culture Sales and will be able to work under pressure.
