**Responsibilities include**:
Participating in creating and executing the strategic plan for Valuation Advisory work in Italy, in accordance with the EMEA Valuation Advisory strategy
Undertaking valuations and strategic advisory assignments for single assets and portfolios
Managing valuation models, best-use approach and reporting templates
Day-to-day supervision of the Valuation Advisory team to ensure optimum delivery capability through planning, training and development, review of deliverables etc.
Maintain a passionate and highly motivated team around you, ensuring development and retention of key staff
Liaising directly with clients and managing the coordination of assignments from start to finish
Undertaking peer reviews of reports prepared by others
Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients and building a strong personal network as well as taking an active role in the team's Client Relationship Management activities alongside the wider Italian Valuation Advisory team
Identifying and executing the technology and data strategy
Actively contributing in the EMEA Hotels leadership forum, working on cross-divisional projects.
**Requirements**:
Ideally 7+ years' experience with an international advisor, investment bank or investor
RICS Member
Ability to work independently as a national team lead and as part of an EMEA team (depending on project scale) with minimum supervision
Excellent leadership and management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills facilitating key client and stakeholder management
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook required
European language skills desirable in particular English
