THE ROLE Sun Chemical ricerca un Responsabile Manutenzione e Ingegneria per gli Stabilimenti di Caleppio di Settala con riporto gerarchico al Director Engineering EMEA e riporto funzionale all'Operations Director Italy. Il Responsabile Manutenzione e Ingegneria dovrà sviluppare tutte le diverse fasi di progetti complessi che coinvolgono modifiche anche importanti, del complesso impiantistico degli stabilimenti, coordinando le attività della manutenzione interna e delle imprese esterne, rispettando tempi e costi stabiliti; assicurare il compimento di tutte le attività finalizzate al mantenimento nel tempo di una corretta, efficiente e sicura funzionalità di impianti, attrezzature ed immobili aziendali con particolare riferimento alla tutela della sicurezza; curare, al fine di migliorarlo, il ciclo produttivo in termini di qualità prodotto, di procedimento, di utilizzo macchine e attrezzature e partecipare, in collaborazione con le Direzioni di Stabilimento, allo sviluppo dei piani di investimento e manutenzione. Il Responsabile Manutenzione e Ingegneria avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Garantisce, in collaborazione con i responsabili delle officine, l'implementazione, la pianificazione e la realizzazione degli interventi di manutenzione preventiva. Assicura inoltre la tempestiva risoluzione degli interventi a guasto, interfacciandosi con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte. Propone, dopo averli concordati con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte, interventi di miglioramento nelle attività di manutenzione e nei processi produttivi e ne assicura l'esecuzione. Si coordina con l'RSPP e la Direzione degli Stabilimenti, nella valutazione ed esecuzione delle azioni correttive e degli interventi di miglioramento in ambito di salute e sicurezza. Supervisiona le attività dei responsabili delle officine di sito e degli operatori di manutenzione in maniera che operino seguendo le direttive, le procedure ed istruzioni nell'ambito di Sicurezza, Ambiente, Qualità e Norme di Buona Fabbricazione e le corrette modalità di svolgimento delle mansioni, uso di attrezzature, impianti e prodotti, uso dei DPI. Segnala immediatamente le deficienze dei dispositivi e dei mezzi di sicurezza e di protezione ed eventuali altre situazioni di pericolo. Supporta il responsabile di progetto, nelle diverse fasi della progettazione relativa ad interventi complessi, riguardanti innovazioni e/o modifiche di una certa rilevanza, relative anche a diverse sezioni, tra esse concatenate, del ciclo produttivo. Partecipa alla realizzazione dei progetti di investimento approvati nella gestione delle attività tecniche, controllando l'avanzamento dei lavori (forniture, personale interno / esterno, materiali) fino al collaudo di accettazione, assicurando, altresì, la soluzione di tutti i problemi emergenti in corso d'opera. Supporta la Direzione Acquisti nelle trattative con le imprese esterne per l'assegnazione delle commesse e degli appalti, assicurando, la definizione delle specifiche tecniche oggetto delle forniture. In collaborazione con l'RSPP, assicura che tutte le fasi dei progetti da lui coordinati, dalla progettazione ai montaggi e all'avviamento, siano esse affidate a personale interno o ad imprese esterne, siano condotte in modo da uniformarsi alle vigenti norme di sicurezza e rispetto dell'ambiente. YOUR PROFILE Laurea in ingegneria chimica o meccatronica o automazione. Conoscenza della lingua inglese: buona sia parlata che scritta. Ottima conoscenza pacchetto office / AutoCAD. Almeno 2-3 anni in un ruolo simile. Buona predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali.
