GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.

Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people.
We are looking for a Test manager and test automation Expert.
He/She has to ensure that products, services, and processes meet the needs of their clients through test strategy processes and test automation
Main Responsabilities:
- Accountable for all the testing activities and for the testing strategy definition for a cross-country core insurance platform: end to end Integration tests, User acceptance tests, Regression tests, Performance tests
- Accountable for the definition of the test methodology to ensure completeness, effectiveness, efficiency, tracking and reporting, for all the tests typologies and accordingly to the Test Strategy.
- Coordinate the multi-national testing team to design, coordinate, track and report the progress of all the testing activities according to the test strategy
- Accountable for the test management project deliverables (documentation, reporting,) and ensure their quality before the release to the Business Units
- Supervise test environments setup to ensure a robust configuration for testing, dry run and production phases
- Define the testing automation framework, scope and target tool(s).
Support the testing automation tool configuration design
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience on similar projects, preferrable if in insurance sector (software testing)
- Significant experience in third parties' coordination
- Fluent in English
- Preferable knowledge of a second language (i.e., ES, DE)
**Skills**:
- Capability to work effectively both as a team member and as an individual, creating and managing a work plan to respect project deadlines
- Constant focus on deadlines and flexibility
