Organization Specialist

La struttura "Organization & HR Compliance" si occupa principalmente di garantire le attività di sviluppo organizzativo e di diffusione del sistema normativo di Gruppo, attraverso l'implementazione dei modelli organizzativi e dei criteri di dimensionamento degli organici. Garantisce, inoltre, la definizione dei ruoli e delle relative responsabilità e dei processi aziendali.
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Responsabile di funzione, avrà maturato un'esperienza di 3 - 5 anni preferibilmente in aziende complesse o società di consulenza in ambito di organizzazione, business continous improvement e controlling.

Principali attività e aree di responsabilità Partecipare a progetti organizzativi finalizzati al dimensionamento, efficientamento e reingegnerizzazione dei processi aziendali, svolgendo attività di PMO, elaborazione e analisi dei dati e presentazione dei risultati; Supportare il Business nella definizione e formalizzazione di modelli e strutture organizzative, meccanismi di funzionamento/coordinamento e relativi ruoli e responsabilità, gestendo la redazione dei documenti organizzativi e la corretta gestione del sistema di procure e deleghe del Gruppo; Elaborare le procedure organizzative  promuovendo la razionalizzazione e la semplificazione del corpo normativo aziendale. Requisiti ed esperienze: Approfondita conoscenza dei modelli di organizzazione aziendale; Esperienza su progetti organizzativi; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Conoscenza della piattaforma Oracle HCM; Conoscenza di applicativi di BI (es. Qlik, power BI, tableau, etc.); Conoscenza dei processi aziendali (ciclo attivo, ciclo passivo, procurement etc.); Conoscenza di realtà di business nel mondo delle infrastrutture (aeroporti, società di trasporti, di ingegneria, di costruzioni, etc.); Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese. Competenze: Analisi; Pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro; Problem Solving; Teamwork; Orientamento al risultato. Titolo di studi: Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o altra laurea STEM; Costituisce titolo preferenziale il possesso della certificazione di Project Management. Sede di Lavoro:
