Manpower Professional, società del Gruppo Manpower, specializzata nella Ricerca & Selezione di profili altamente qualificati per il New & Middle Management è alla ricerca di un JR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT per la Divisione Permanent La persona, rispondendo gerarchicamente al Team Manager di riferimento, avrà la responsabilità dell'intero processo di sviluppo del business del PERM per il segmento Professional con focalizzazione sul vertical assegnato, attraverso l'attività di business development e di gestione dei mandati di selezione, generati direttamente o provenienti dalla Struttura.
Opera esclusivamente sul segmento Professional, Middle Management.
Nello specifico: Genera opportunità di business attraverso la proposition dei processi di reclutamento Perm per il Vertical assegnato e individua attraverso costante attività di scouting, i corretti interlocutori Mantiene regolari contatti con i clienti potenziali anche grazie a mailshot, azioni di marketing, visite commerciali, ecc.
Fornisce un servizio di qualità per garantire il mantenimento e lo sviluppo dei nuovi contatti Mantiene contatti regolari con i principali clienti, allo scopo di garantire la piena realizzazione del potenziale dell'attività Individua le attuali esigenze di personale della clientela, tramite lo sviluppo di rapporti costanti con i clienti stessi Ha la responsabilità della gestione dei Clienti, in relazione esclusivamente alle attività dello specifico Vertical Gestisce il processo di selezione Garantisce supporto nello sviluppo di progetti Employer Branding e servizi collegati Schedula le attività interne e/o commerciali assicurandone la realizzazione nelle scadenze previste Monitora i risultati propri, sviluppandone la reportistica relativa, utilizzando il CRM aziendale attraverso il controllo qualità e utilizza i KPI operativi di riferimento Il profilo: Laurea gradita Esperienza di almeno 1 anno nell'ambito del business della Ricerca e Selezione del Personale Esperienza di almeno 6 mesi nell'attività di sviluppo commerciale Richiesta la disponibilità alla mobilità sul territorio di riferimento Conoscenza buona della lingua inglese (almeno B2) Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office Completano il profilo doti relazionali, orientamento al risultato, Offriamo inserimento in stage con affiancamento e formazione.
