About the Gamindo Family: We are a tech startup and a fast growing company that develops branded video games for HR and Marketing goals. In fact we also believe in the power of gaming to amuse any boring or difficult topic for companies and employees and we think that marketing can be more fun, effective and entertaining for brands and consumers. What will you do? You will be responsible for:
Lead Generation : Conducting research and identifying potential customers through various channels, including online research, LinkedIn, industry events, and other sources.
Outbound Prospecting : Engaging in email outreach and other proactive methods to initiate conversations with prospects, with the aim of qualifying leads and generating interest in our products and services.
Qualification and Needs Assessment : Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand prospect requirements, challenges, and pain points. Determine if there is a strong fit between their needs and our offerings.
Book Meetings : Collaborating and ensuring smooth handoffs with Account Executives/Chief Commercial Officer to schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations with interested prospects.
CRM Management : Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the prospecting activities and initial customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
Performance Tracking : Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, including lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progress. Providing regular updates on your sales activities and progress towards targets.
What skills will power-up your game? We will be excited for the following:
Proven experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and articulate value propositions effectively.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and experience in maintaining accurate sales records.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive mindset with a passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Fluent verbal and written English and Italian

Level 2: If you are eligible to follow-on with the process, we will set a first "introductory call" + "technical call";
