Job DescriptionResponsible for ensuring business retention and developing existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximising customer profitability. Actively involved in the management of customer portfolios.Responsible for revenue generation, risk management and act as key customer interface for the Company. The level of client support is segmented in accordance with the client service required profitability and potential. Key aspects are product delivery, risk management and profitability.In this position your key responsibilities will be: Key Customer interface for business, handling inbound customer queries Responsible for managing and co-ordination of customer enquiries to ensure appropriate level of supportManages customer relations in a proactive way to ensure the customer is supported and informed on all aspects of policy experienceIdentifies and follows up business opportunitieSupports Account Managers and Business Development Managers in maintaining and developing customer relationContact colleagues abroad in order to get updates on collection cases to be transmitted to customersSupporting customers in providing information and documentation necessary for the collection activity abroad.Customer due diligence activity:Required qualifications:Bachelor degree in languages Fluent English Good French What do we offer?A dynamic, international and challenging work environmentTraining and support to reach your full potential including the opportunity for continuous professional developmentAttractive terms and conditions
