Per la nostra holding, siamo alla ricerca di un/a:   Controlling Specialist   A supporto del Controlling Manager, la risorsa si occuperà dell'esecuzione delle attività operative e progettuali assegnate al team e sarà responsabile del loro completamento accurato e tempestivo.
Il ruolo prevede l'esecuzione e il supporto, per tutte le Divisioni del perimetro assegnato, delle attività riguardanti:   Chiusure di periodo gestionali e l'analisi degli scostamenti rispetto al budget, monitorando i flussi di dati tra i vari applicativi e intervenendo sugli aspetti di criticità; Monitoraggio dell'evoluzione del fatturato, dell'ordinato cliente e della produzione, nell'ottica di verificare il rispetto di quanto pianificato in sede di budget e forecast; Redazione di reportistica e analisi ad hoc richieste dal management o dai fondi d'investimento; Controllo delle operazioni volte a garantire la correttezza della gestione e della valorizzazione dei magazzini; Analisi, revisione e la definizione di processi e di procedure aziendali, collaborando a stretto contatto con i diversi dipartimenti coinvolti; Sviluppo di progetti innovativi, l'introduzione di nuovi strumenti di reportistica e/o di business intelligence.
  Requisiti Richiesti:   Laurea magistrale in Economia Aziendale o Ingegneria Gestionale; Esperienza di 2 anni nel controlling industriale e/o finanziario di aziende del settore moda (preferibilmente); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Buona conoscenza di MS Excel e SAP S/4HANA.
; Approccio analitico al dato; Proattività e autonomia nell'analisi e nell'interpretazione dei fatti aziendali; Capacità di creare rapporti interfunzionali sinergici.
