This role reports into the VP Italy and has the main objective continuously improving our customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.
What you will do: Execute the strategy and growth plan for AUTO1's Italy Consumer business units (C2B)Monitor key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and efficiency of the existing C2B unit with around 200 employees and 65+ branchesEnsure recruitment, hiring, training and personal development of the employees in all Consumer Purchasingbusiness unitsSupport & execute planning and initiatives of centralized functionsDevelop a team of Regional and Vice Regional Area Managers to help you control the 200 employees around the CountryLead the Real Estate & Procurement team to expand and maintain the buying infrastructure (branches)Manage the Customer Service teams (30+) and have the responsibility to supervise and monitor the whole purchasing procedures.Ensure that each branch is safe and comply with local regulationsExecute and improve key performance indicators to manage efficiency in depth.What you should bring: 7+ years leadership experienceHighly strategic problem solver with ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects, strong analytical skills and fast decision-makingStrong operational expertise, with experience in process optimization, operational excellence, lean officeProven track record of personal and professional achievementsTruly entrepreneurial attitude, driven, restless personality and a strong desire for growth while always keeping attention to the detailsExceptional managerial and analytical skills with the ability to work and manage in fast-paced and dynamically changing environmentsInternational experience in centralized organizations is preferred but not requiredMaster excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian.What you will get: Being part of the top Italian leadership team with respective responsibilities and opportunities to significantly influence our missionThe chance to have a significant impact on one of the fastest-growing automotive companies in Europe in an exciting growth phaseWe offer you an attractive compensation package, including company car & equity.Cosa offriamoApply by uploading your CV with a note on your salary expectations.AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform.
