Kelly Engineering & Manufacturing, per importante società di ingegneria operante in ambito civile ed energy, ricerca un* CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER. La risorsa individuata sarà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio tecnico di cantiere sito a Milano e avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e predisporre la documentazione specialistica per le diverse fasi di costruzione. Nello specifico si occuperà di: Sviluppare la documentazione per i subappalti, integrando la documentazione tecnica con i dati di tender; Analizzare le offerte dei subappaltatori; Partecipare agli incontri tecnici e predisporre il parere tecnico; Supportare il Project Manager per quanto riguarda le varianti ai contratti attivi; Sviluppare in accordo al Site Manager/ Construction Manager la documentazione relativa alle fasi di costruzione (procedure, metodi di esecuzione, etc.); Collaborare con il dipartimento Sustainability & QHSSE nella redazione dei Piani Operativi (POS, piano del traffico); Sviluppare la documentazione di costruzione relative alle attività in diretta (MoS, Lifting plans, Pimus, reportistica di carattere tecnico); Approvare e monitorare la documentazione di costruzione dei subappaltatori (MoS, Lifting plans, Pimus, reportistica di carattere tecnico). Requisiti: In possesso di Laurea in ingegneria civile o edile; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore delle costruzioni (general contractor o contractor) e almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo; Buona conoscenza dei software tecnici quali Autodesk, Allplan, Archicad, Revit e dei Software cronoprogra come MS Project e Primavera P3/P6; Buona conoscenza dei programmi MS Office (in particolare Excel e Word); Buona conoscenza lingua inglese; In possesso di Patente B; Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
