**Poste et missions**:
Global Trade est la plateforme en charge d'accompagner et de financer la croissance et le développement durable des clients de Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). Au sein de Global Trade, Treasury Solutions propose des solutions haut de gamme en cash management pour ses clients entreprise, institutionnels et financiers. Quatre équipes basées à Paris et en régions composent cette direction : « Client Services », « Liquidity Management », « Cash Management for Financial Institutions » et « Cash Management for Corporates ».
En tant que sales cash management for Corporates, vous maintenez une forte proximité avec les clients en leur offrant du conseil et un accompagnement spécifique.
Au quotidien, vous avez pour missions de:
- Mettre en œuvre le plan d'action commercial et gérer les projets transverses pour le développement de l'activité ;
- Animer le coverage sur votre région (stratégie commerciale, revues de portefeuilles, innovations, reportings d'activité, etc.) et identifier les cibles potentielles en étant force de proposition ;
- Approfondir la connaissance client pour proposer les meilleures solutions, mettre en avant nos innovations, participer à la digitalisation et fidéliser nos clients ;
- Assurer le démarrage des dossiers et être garant de la politique de Compliance et des Risques ;
- Échanger avec la Direction Clientèle durant la vie des contrats et devenir le référent du développement.

**Profil et compétences requises**:

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une première expérience dans des fonctions commerciales large corporate et institutionnel. Une expérience à l'international et en cash management serait un atout.
Vous maîtrisez:
- La culture financière large corporate et la maîtrise des solutions financières ;
- L'analyse financière et l'analyse de risques.
Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes:
- Capable de travailler en transverse avec différents métiers (juridique, finance, implémentation, etc.) ;
- Force de proposition et motivé, notamment sur des solutions à proposer et à créer ;
- Doté d'un très bon sens politique.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1.
