**Scopo e attività**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una persona con esperienza e motivazione da inserire nel team di Cybersecurity Group Governance and Foreign Network per:
- Assicurare l'adozione del modello di cybersecurity da parte delle società del Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo nonché il monitoraggio e il controllo del budget
- Coordinare le strutture internazionali CBCM a livello di Gruppo per tematiche sia organizzative sia tecnologiche;
- Monitorare i presidi di Cybersecurity e Business Continuity, con riporto gerarchico degli Information Security Officer delle principali Filiali Estere;
- Governare il modello di maturity assessment in ambito cybersecurity e business continuity
Tra le principali attività:
- Monitorare i piani di lavoro in ambito Cyber delle società italiane/estere del Gruppo coordinando e supportando gli Information Security Officer al fine di garantire allineamento con obiettivi strategici del Gruppo;
- Manutenere, sviluppare ed esercitare il modello di cybersecurity maturity assessment del Gruppo al fine di garantire constante allineamento dello stesso con lo scenario di rischio ed il contesto di riferimento;
- Gestire le sinergie a livello di Gruppo, indirizzando l'estensione dei presidi di cybersecurity target di capogruppo verso le Società e Filiali estere, in collaborazione con tutte le funzioni competenti locali e di capogruppo;
- Effettuare analisi finalizzate a ottimizzare la gestione dello spending cyber e a valutare ipotesi/strategie di ottimizzazione dei costi di Gruppo, garantendo il raggiungimento di elevati standard di cybersecurity per tutto il Gruppo;
- Gestire, governare e monitorare lo spending di Sicurezza e BCM delle Legal Entities del Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo in tutte le fasi dei processi previsti per la gestione del Budget, interfacciandosi con i referenti locali e le varie funzioni competenti all'interno del Gruppo.
**Esperienza richiesta**:
5+ anni di esperienza in ambito Cybersecurity, preferibilmente in ambito Finance, lavorando ad attività di governance anche su aspetti di pianificazione economica e di budget
**Qualifiche richieste, Skills e Competenze**:
- Ottima conoscenza dei framework di riferimento (ad es. NIST Cybersecurity, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ecc.) e le normative internazionali di cybersecurity e business continuity;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata, visto
- Ottima conoscenza e padronanza del pacchetto Office (Word, PowerPoint ed Excel);
Costituisce titolo preferenziale il conseguimento di certificazioni in ambito Cybersecurity quali ad esempio: CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, CSX Fundamentals.
