La risorsa si occuperà del servizio al cliente HO.RE.CA (Hotel-Restaurant-Catering) collaborando con il proprio team di riferimento.

Lavorare in METRO significa contribuire al successo del business di un cliente professionale, assicurando la qualità degli acquisti e garantendo una shopping experience ottimale al fine di ispirarlo e fidelizzarlo attraverso un servizio vendite che risponda al meglio alle sue esigenze.La risorsa, nello specifico, si occuperà di:Offrire il miglior servizio al cliente supportando il Warehouse Coordinator nell'esecuzione dell'attività del Depot.Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e gestionali del Depot attraverso la corretta gestione delle attività assegnate.Collaborare con tutti i colleghi del Depot con l'obiettivo di massimizzare i risultati in un clima aperto ed inclusivo.Collaborare col Front End fornendo l'assistenza necessaria con l'obiettivo di soddisfare al meglio il cliente.Garantire l'applicazione delle strategie commerciali METRO e la declinazione nel mercato locale.Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati in termini di fatturato, soddisfazione del cliente e saving dei costi di trasporto.Supportare il Warehouse Coordinator nel controllo dell'attività dei providers (movimentazione merci e trasporti).Collaborare con il Warehouse Coordinator nella gestione dei resi e dei reclami.Collaborare per garantire la corretta implementazione e gestione del processo operativo food service.QualificheForte Orientamento al Cliente e al MercatoOrientamento al risultatoCapacità di lavorare in TeamInformazioni aggiuntiveContratto di lavoro: Full TimeSede di lavoro: Depo di Roma- Passo Corese - Fara In Sabina (RI)L'annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.Lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall'art.
