Tra le attività quotidiane la risorsa si occuperà di: Contattare i clienti inadempienti per recuperare i pagamenti scaduti Fornire assistenza e consulenza ai clienti per aiutarli a gestire il loro debito in modo efficace Collaborare con altri uffici per risolvere i casi più complessi Il candidato ideale ha: Diploma di ragioneria (es.
Istituto tecnico indirizzo Turismo, Marketing e finanza) oppure laurea di primo livello in ambito Economico.
Preferibile conoscenza di elementi back office (es.
fatture, note di credito, bilancio, partite aperte e partite chiuse) Competenze in ambito amministrativo e gradita pregressa esperienza in ambito back office Buona capacità analitica e di intervento proattivo Precisione nell'elaborazione dei dati e attenzione ai dettagli Attitudine al lavoro di squadra Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) Offriamo la possibilità di inserirsi in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, con un affiancamento costante e la reale possibilità di crescere e formarsi.Il progetto di stage prevede una durata di 6 mesi, full time con rimborso spese e la possibilità di lavorare in smart working al %.
