Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.• Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.• Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.• Management of HSE documentation related to external activities (DVR,POS,DUVRI, ecc..).
Verify the technical-professional suitability of ABB contractors.• Carry out specific training for sites at risk of major accidents related to the "Seveso Directive" and prepare specific information on risks linked to customer sites in which we carry out service activities• Implement the HSE management system in service activities and carry out internal and external audits.• Organize courses, medical visits, issue specific appointments for the assigned tasks and verify the adequacy of the PPE assigned to the staff by checking.• Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.Qualifications for the role You have at least 2 years of experience working as HSE Engineer in manufacturing companies (preferably with customer service activities) Possess an enhanced knowledge of D.LGS 81/08 regulation.Nice to have: knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 regulations.
You are passionate about collaboration and communication with other team.
Degree in Engineering field or related to Health-Safety-Environment.
