Per la nuova realtà Hitrac Engineering Group di CBRE GWS ricerchiamo candidature da assumere per il ruolo di Project Manager sull'area di Roma.
La figura gestirà uno o più contratti di Global Service e se e quando necessario opererà direttamente presso il cliente gestendo in piena autonomia il servizio di Hard Facility Management, organizzando in autonomia le operazioni di gestione del contratto e delle risorse tecniche ad esso dedicate.
Il Project Manager avrà le seguenti responsabilità: servizi di manutenzione alle infrastrutture fisiche e degli impianti tecnici ed utilities (hard services quali esempio manutenzione di strutture, impianti meccanici, impianti elettrici, riscaldamento e condizionamento, impianti idrici); pianificazione e gestione delle risorse a disposizione, sia dirette (personale interno) che indirette (eventuali sub-appalti); definizione dei piani di manutenzione degli impianti tecnici, delle aree e delle strutture assegnate; monitoraggio, controllo e supervisione dell'andamento economico dei servizi erogati e degli scostamenti rispetto al budget; gestione dei rapporti con i committenti; selezione del personale tecnico; mantenimento degli standard di riferimento e rispetto degli adempimenti normativi in vigore in materia di ambiente, salute e sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro.
Il Candidato Ideale sarà in possesso di una laurea in ingegneria o di un diploma/esperienza equipollente; avrà maturato una pregressa e consolidata esperienza di almeno 2/5 anni nel ruolo di Facility Manager e/o Service Manager con competenze tecniche per la gestione dei servizi Hard; avrà una provenienza da un'azienda che opera in un settore affine o simile; avrà maturato una forte esperienza soprattutto per la gestione e manutenzione delle Hard Service (Utilities, Impianti tecnici ecc..); ha un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office; una naturale propensione per i mezzi informatici; costituiscono titolo preferenziale la conoscenza e l'utilizzo di AUTOCAD (almeno 2D), PRIMUS e portali di gestione interventi; disponibile a trasferte; richiesta una discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese; conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro, ambientali e di igiene; completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali con il cliente nonché con il personale tecnico, elasticità e flessibilità, attitudine al problem solving, resilienza allo stress Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Benefit: Buoni pasto Orario: Dal lunedì al venerdì #J-18808-Ljbffr
