Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
As our next Bar Supervisor, you… Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.Are responsible for ensuring the all Food & Beverage outlets run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.Observes and corrects pouring practice of all bar staff to avoid excess wastage.Knows the bar menu and price structure, and can recommend when a guest asks for assistance.Maintains cleanliness and best possible maintenance of the bar counter and all related areas.Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations teamSupervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintainedLiaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety Qualifications What we are looking for: Strong experience in a similar hospitality role
