Per la nostra Direzione Automated Systems ASRS (Automazione per la Logistica di Magazzino) all'interno dell'area Implementation, ricerchiamo un Project Manager Commercial and Procurement per la regione Sales Europe South/East.
Principali Attività:
- Business Administration e interfaccia legale sui tender dei clienti in collaborazione con l'area legale o avvocati nelle Sales Units di competenza.
- Coordinamento verso il cliente delle attività Request For Quotes, Customer Agreements, Letter Of Intents and Not Disclosure Agreements per i requisiti contrattuali in compliance con la legislazione del paese di riferimento e in collaborazione con l'area legale/reparti centrali a livello Gruppo.
- Coordinamento di attività di Procurement in compliance con le procedure e/o i processi.
- Creare e condurre la negoziazione con i fornitori anche con una prospettiva contrattuale.
- Supporto ai PMTS (Project Manager Technical Sales) e PMI (Project Manager Implementation) per definire le responsabilità e le attività commerciali edi approvvigionamento.
- Durante l'implementazione del progetto, coordinamento delle attività di gestione e monitoraggio, anche con riferimento a contratti e a ordini.
È l'interfaccia locale e dei dipartimenti centrali riguardo la gestione contrattuale, il controlling, i processi e gli acquisti strategici.
- Supervisione del processo di gestione dei reclami in collaborazione con il Project Manager Implementation Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli similari all'interno delle aziende operanti nei settori industriali, di automazione, movimentazione a terra e/o automotive (Aftermarket) Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza, Economia o Scienze Politiche.
Valutabili altri percorsi accademici in linea con i requisiti Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
La conoscenza della lingua tedesca o spagnola è considerata un plus Abilità di gestire attività interdisciplinari in contesti multinazionali, leadership, competenze organizzative e comunicative, abilità di negoziazione e di collaborazione Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office; gradita conoscenza di SAP Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con modalità e retribuzione commisurata alle reali competenze ed esperienze.
È richiesta disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio europeo.
