Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies, di cui ancora è conosciuta la storica denominazione sociale IRCA SPA, è un'Azienda che produce resistenze elettriche e sistemi riscaldanti completi di controlli elettronici per applicazioni industriali e domestiche.
Fondata nel 1963 dalla Famiglia Zoppas, che ne detiene tuttora la proprietà, ad oggi è presente in Italia con 3 stabilimenti produttivi, e nel mondo con più di 11 plant e diverse sedi commerciali a copertura del mercato World Wide. Grazie alla sua forte leadership di mercato, che si basa su solide competenze e costante innovazione, ha sviluppato negli anni differenti settori applicativi (es. Automotive, Spaziale, Aeronautico, Medicale, Food Service, Process Heating etc.) strutturando un'organizzazione fortemente manageriale che dall'HQ italiano controlla globalmente tutto il Gruppo.
Posizione: Per il nostro HQ ricerchiamo un Sustainability Manager.

Il ruolo sarà strategico, in quanto chiave nel guidare l'impegno della nostra organizzazione verso il miglioramento dei processi produttivi al fine di ridurre l'utilizzo di risorse e l'impatto verso l'esterno.
Pertanto, questa figura sarà tenuta a sviluppare ed implementare le strategie per ridurre il nostro impatto ambientale, promuovere pratiche sostenibili e garantire la conformità alle normative vigenti.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA':
Creare e supervisionare l'implementazione di una strategia di sostenibilità completa, allineata con gli obiettivi generali dell'organizzazione.
Identificare e valutare i rischi e le opportunità ambientali.
Sviluppare e monitorare indicatori chiave di performance (KPI) per misurare i progressi in materia di sostenibilità.
Sviluppare e implementare politiche e procedure per ridurre gli sprechi, il consumo energetico e le emissioni.
Preparare report di sostenibilità e altre comunicazioni agli stakeholder, evidenziando le performance ambientali e i risultati raggiunti dall'organizzazione.
Identificare e valutare le tendenze e le tecnologie emergenti in materia di sostenibilità.
Promuovere una cultura dell'innovazione e del miglioramento continuo nelle pratiche di sostenibilità.
Requisiti:
Laurea magistrale ingegneria dei materiali, gestionale, ambientale o altro campo correlato.
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in gestione della sostenibilità o in un campo similare.
Solida conoscenza delle normative e degli standard ambientali (ad esempio, ISO 14001).
Comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo e nell'implementazione di programmi di sostenibilità.
Eccellenti capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali.
Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team.
