Il candidato selezionato avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e gestire il canale indiretto nell'area Centro , che comprende partner commerciali per la vendita delle soluzioni DAS e Repeaters nel mercato B2B.
Le responsabilità principali includono:
1. Identificazione di Nuovi Partner Commerciali: Ricerca e identificazione di nuovi partner potenziali per espandere la presenza della Divisione Indoor Coverage Solution.
2. Incremento della Lead Generation: Collaborazione con partner commerciali attuali per incrementare la generazione di lead e l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti interessati alle soluzioni di connettività indoor.
3. Monitoraggio delle Performance: Valutazione regolare delle performance dei partner commerciali e implementazione di azioni correttive o strategie di miglioramento per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e dei piani di incentivazione
4. Identificare Clienti alto potenziale: Supportare i partner commerciali nella comunicazione con clienti ad alto potenziale per comprendere le loro esigenze di connettività indoor e presentare soluzioni su misura.
5. Sviluppo e Presentazione di Soluzioni: Lavoro con il team interno per sviluppare soluzioni personalizzate e presentarle ai clienti potenziali.
6. Lavoro per Obiettivi: Stabilire obiettivi chiari per la generazione di lead, la chiusura di vendite e il raggiungimento delle metriche di performance stabilite.
Requisiti:
I candidati ideali dovrebbero possedere le seguenti competenze ed esperienze:
• Comprovata esperienza nella gestione del canale indiretto e partner, preferibilmente nel settore B2B TLC /media/IT/ Servizi/ Operation;
• Arricchisce la candidatura una eventuale diretta esperienza imprenditoriale sviluppata nel settore distribuzione indiretta;
• Abilità nell'identificazione di nuove partner commerciali e nella costruzione di relazioni di partnership solide;
• Capacità di incrementare la lead generation attraverso strategie di marketing e relazioni con partner;
• Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche di vendita B2B e/o B2C e delle strategie di negoziazione;
• Preferibilmente conoscenza dell'inglese per comunicare efficacemente con partner e clienti internazionali;
• Competenza nell'uso di Excel e PowerPoint per analisi e presentazioni convincenti;
• Motivazione e determinazione al conseguimento del risultato;
• Forte orientamento al cliente;
• Ottimismo e spiccata capacità relazionale.
