Lavoropiù SpA, filiale di Firenze cerca: HR OPERATIONS La risorsa sar inserita nel team HR e si occuper di: - Inserimento dati su gestionale aziendale - Garantire l'accuratezza e la coerenza dei dati con controlli regolari - Reportistica con uso Excel e attivit di follow-up e controllo dei dati - Controllo e monitoraggio dei Permessi di Lavoro - Gestione dei contatti preassuntivi e attivazione tirocini - Elaborare KPI - Gestione dei vari documenti di assunzione (promozioni, modifica dei termini contrattuali, trasferimenti, assegnazione di benefit, modifiche organizzative, aumento salariale ecc.) Requisiti richiesti: - Laurea in ambito economico - Pregressa esperienza di 3 anni nel settore risorse umane presso aziende strutturate - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
