For more information, click here .Role reports to: MAM Lead Location: Pomezia Travel %: 30 What you will do The EMEA MS&T Packaging Supervisor is responsible for development and qualification of tertiary packaging projects mainly.
These projects might be - but not limited to - NPD, quality and compliance, improvement of existing packaging, qualification of equivalent packaging materials, packaging cost improvement, plant support, improvement of products profitability, development of new products or roll out of existing ones.
The EMEA MS&T Packaging Supervisor demonstrates high level of accountability in projects documentation to ensure Quality & Compliance targets are systematically met.Key Responsibilities * Identify and evaluate technical solution, including materials aligned to sustainability guidelines * Define & execute the packaging development plan * Analyse and validate packaging technical drawing * Define and communicate packaging milestones * Evaluate and communicate risks with associated mitigation/back up plan * Initiate safety assessment process, through proper communication to responsible department * Generate Packaging documentation for Product release for his own projects or can validate packaging documents for projects managed by his direct reports or by another member of the Team.* Contribute to innovation developing consuemr understanding and identifying new ideas * Initiate and own documentation critical to track and follow the change * Identify and federate the project team * Create Packaging component specifications and can validate PC specs and Finish product specs * Perform due diligence / gap assessment * Capability to flag to project team when information are ambiguous, vague, complex or incomplete, and escalate if needed * Lead transversal team on simplification/innovation project * Demonstrate ability to influence and think strategically.What we are looking for Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) Desired Qualifications * Experience required: 3 - 5 years in R&D or Engineering Packaging * Strong skills in people and project management * Good relational and organizational skills, proactivity and flexibility in problem solving and ability to work in a team.* Ability to interact with all levels of the organization * Advanced level oin English language.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
