Warehouse Specialist

THE ROLEAs a Warehouse Specialist, you will provide support to the logistics team, ensuring excellent inventory management and order fulfillment performance across our Third-Party Logistics Provider (3PL) warehouse network to deliver value for our customers.
You will work closely with the following departments at NGG:
Customer Service, Production, Transport and Allocation.The warehouse Specialist is part of the Logistic Team and reports to the Warehouse Manager.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead and manage the monthly inventory reconciliation process to ensure compliance with company standardsOversee and control cycle counts performed by warehouse 3PLHelp execut 3rd Party activities on a daily basisPerform year-end inventory closing with report out of inventory levels and accuracyManage the disposition of blocked stock and slow-moving inventoryDrive the resolution of quality notifications with warehouse 3PL's including investigation and corrective actions.Lead monthly reviews with 3PL's and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with 3PLSupport development of warehouse cost forecasts and annual operations planSupport Customer Service and Logistics to resolve issues between Warehouse, Transportation & CS teamsand general open order management issues related to logistic service failures.Lead the set-up of WMS roles for 3PL employeesPrepare WMS inventory reports and monthly warehouse KPI performance reports - inventory accuracy, quality, service, costs, EHSPerform data management through a combination of data mining, data analysis, and/or problem analysis while executing day-to-day activities related to area of responsibilitySupport the business through ad-hoc queries, and create and analyze reports to support business executionWHO YOU AREWarehouse operation competency is required, experience in a relevant position of 3-4 Years in a Fashion Company Knowledge of WMS and ERP system Fluent Italian and English, written and spokenStrong proactivityAbility to build strong relationship with cross functional partners;Strong Team playerProject Management Skills,Lean and Visual Management Certificate are a plusREWARDS & BENEFITSCompetitive salary (aligned to your professional experience)Lunch ticketsDiscounts on all NGG brands and partners including Farfetch and BrownsBe part of a young, dynamic and innovative company with over 40 different nationalitiesBrand new headquarters located in the centre of Milan
