Kärcher è riconosciuta a livello globale per la capacità d'innovazione, la qualità dei prodotti e l'attenzione alla people excellence.La figura farà parte del Q-Planning Department e, riportando direttamente al Manager di riferimento, contribuirà allo sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti dal punto di vista qualitativo.Le attività di questa esperienza WOW:Definire i target qualitativi relativi ai prodotti in sviluppo, in stretta collaborazione con il team RD;Partecipare alle scelte relative allo sviluppo prodotto nel corso dei vari Q-Gates;Attraverso l'applicazione delle metodologie FMEA e CTQ, eseguire la risk analysis di progetto ed adottare le misure preventive richieste;Durante le diverse fasi di sviluppo del progetto, guidare e gestire le attività richieste dal Gruppo Kärcher per assicurare il rispetto dei target qualitativi di prodotto, interfacciandosi con le diverse funzioni coinvolte nel team di progetto: RD, Laboratorio, SQE, CQA, Procurement, Manufacturing;In stretta collaborazione con il Purchasing Department, supervisionare e/o effettuare direttamente le attività richieste dall'APQP;Pianificare i controlli qualità di prodotto e dei suoi componenti, monitorando l'andamento dei relativi KPI in fase di SOP;Definire le specifiche e sviluppare le attrezzature per il controllo e la verifica di prodotto, in stretta collaborazione con il team dei Servizi Tecnici;Redigere il PAIS (Production Inspection Specification) che caratterizza i test e le verifiche di prodotto nelle varie fasi di Produzione Sviluppo, in stretta collaborazione con il dipartimento di Testing Laboratory;Le competenze che ti rendono un candidato WOW:Diploma e/o Laurea in ambito tecnico (elettronica, meccatronica);Conoscenza delle metodologie e dei processi tipici dei Sistemi Qualità avanzati;Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza maturati all'interno di contesti produttivi multinazionali e modernamente strutturati;Capacità di gestire e coordinare attività e progetti all'interno di team interdipartimentali;Buone doti relazionali e di team-working;Problem Solving e capacità di analisi;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Preferibile il possesso della certificazione Green Belt;Luogo di lavoro: Mantova (Quistello).
