The search is directed towards a Senior GNC Engineer –
Relative Navigation to
help the company in its mission by developing, testing, and implementing GNC
algorithms for its spacecraft. The communication within
the Company is conducted exclusively in English, therefore, to be fluent in
English is required. Department: GNC. Employment type: permanent.
MSc.
in Aerospace or related engineering discipline. A higher degree is considered
advantageous. 4+
years' experience in GNC. Hands-on
experience with relative and visual navigation techniques.Experience
with flight physics simulation. Strong
understanding of classical dynamics, orbital and flight mechanics, modeling and
simulation, and software development. Software
development experience in C++, Python and MATLAB/Simulink. Passion
for advancing the commercial space industry. Highly
motivated to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up
environment. Fluent
in English. German or French is an asset. Ability
to work equally well unsupervised or as part of a team Strong
organizing and prioritisation of tasks Positive
and flexible attitude to get the job done Ability
to communicate at all levels of the business Demonstrates behaviors
consistent with the company's core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence,
