xFarm Technologies is a tech company that aims to digitalize the agribusiness sector, providing innovative tools that can support agricultural entrepreneurs and stakeholders in managing their businesses. xFarm Technologies today supports the work of 300,000 farms, belonging to more than 50 supply chains and present on 3 million hectares in more than 100 countries around the world.
xFarm built an ecosystem of products addressed to supply chains and to farms of any size, from the smallest to the largest. It includes products aimed at farms and supply chains management, supporting the user in decision-making through predictive agronomic models, and towards a sustainable transition; it includes integrations with several third-party services and entities (e.g., connected machinery, national bodies, etc.), IoT integrations, fintech services, and more.
Job DescriptionOur mission at xFarm Technologies is to drive the digital transformation in agriculture by improving the lives of millions of farmers, acting for the increase of environmental, economic, and social sustainability of the sector. We do this by developing digital tools and consulting projects, providing a Smart Farming digital ecosystem for all the actors of the agri-food supply chain, consisting of apps, sensors, software integrations, and advanced analytics tools. Today, xFarm products are already used by more than 350 thousand farms in Europe and South America on more than 3 million hectares.

We are looking for a brilliant and passionate talent as a digital Product Owner, with a seniority from junior to middle, with the aim of supporting our product's fast growth in all countries we operate.
Your Mission:Work in one of our vertical Tribes, in an Agile framework, being involved in the creation of new features and services and managing its growth and quality.Define and translate business objectives into development requirements, ensuring requirements are fully understood by the Tech team, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in the conception and design of new functions.Write clear and concise requirements.Break down all the inputs to fit a strategy and product roadmap, combining ambition with rationality and pragmatism, aligning all stakeholders in executing the vision.Work in a super innovative, young, smart, digital, fast, and efficient environment.Express yourself and your skills, having the opportunity and the responsibility of doing an amazing job.Accelerate your professional growth.Have fun. A whole lot of fun.The ideal candidate possesses:1 to maximum 2 years experience in digital product management; senior applicants will not be considered.Willingness to join an Ag-Tech environment and learn about agriculture.Tech and digital knowledge.Predisposition to problem-solving, independence, and ability to self-organize the working day.Ability to exhibit and manage meetings with interested parties, with confident presentation and storytelling skills.Good knowledge of the English language.Represents a plus the knowledge of:
AgTech industry.Atlassian ecosystem and work organization tools (Notion).Other languages, especially Spanish, German, or French.SCRUM, Agile methodologies.Complete the profile:Flexibility.Problem-solving.Teamwork.Effective management of time and priorities.Other Information:xFarm Technologies is committed to creating a work environment where diversity and inclusiveness are critical to the well-being and growth of all employees.The work mode is blended (office, smart working, possible travel; but not full-remote).
