Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a:SKIN HEALTH ASSISTANT SCIENTISTWork area: Santa Palomba - Pomezia (RM)Contractual situation: fixed-term contract, RAL: 28000€ - 34000€.Main Responsibilities:create and manage development briefs with external partners and suppliers, including core houses, ensuring all requirements are clearly communicated and documented;coordinate the preparation of samples, including the preparation of necessary documents and shipment logistics for GxP studies and trade samples;monitor and follow up on fragrance rework projects in collaboration with business partners and the R&D team, ensuring timely and effective communication;prepare and complete dossiers for the release of batches, working closely with Quality and Compliance (Q&C) to ensure all necessary documentation is accuratand up-to-date.Required Qualifications:education Level: University or higher degree;language Level: Advanced English (read, write and speak), minimum C1 level;ability to work independently, organize and execute assigned tasks efficiently, and manage communication flow for multiple initiatives;strong ability to monitor timelines, identify and escalate risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise;desired Qualification: previous experience in laboratory, formula development and/or project management will be a differential factor.--The search is aimed at candidates of both sexes (L.903/77).
