Apply now and seize this exciting opportunity to become our HRBP for Power Transformer in Monselice at Hitachi Energy Your Responsibilities: Acts as a strategic partner to the Power Transformers business unit, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters. Leads and supervise all local HR activities Collaborates with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives. Supports the growth of the factory. Leads the labor relations/trade unions on site. Be a sparring partner for the management team Supports organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, talent management, and succession planning Partner with managers to identify training and development needs, design and deliver programs, and monitor their effectiveness. Provides coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters and performance management. Monitors and analyses HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention. Collaborates with HR colleagues across different business units and functions to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies. Conducts regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Collaborates with HR colleagues across different business units and functions to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes and policies. Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven track record and several years of experience in negotiating labor relations (MUST criteria) Proven experience (min 5 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization (MUST criteria) Used to work in a complex matrix organization and ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations and legal regulations in Italy Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Strong understanding of the collective bargain agreement Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. Real team player Demonstrate planning and organizational skills Italian and English fluent, both written and spoken (MUST criteria) Benefits: Collective bargain agreement "metalmeccanico" Flexible working hours Be part of a local and European team Continuous learning journey in close contact with our experts Possibility to be innovative and creative and bring your ideas to life
