Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a delightful customer experience. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about our products and services to provide timely and accurate assistance to customers. Participate in continuous training and development to improve customer service skills. Embark on an exciting journey by relocating to Greece while contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. A genuine passion for providing high-quality customer service.
