Manager Up – Technology – Solution architect - Hybrid-work –| Staff Interno - Deloitte ItalyWe are looking for a manager to join the Infrastructure Services team of our International Services Internal Staff in the Milan/Rome office, who will work in Hybrid mode.The Infrastructure & Cloud team is responsible for supporting our customers in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency and quality of the services offered, also with the support of new technologies.You will be involved in supporting assistance activities to the CEO and the company's Top Management in improving profitability and achieving operational excellence of the business model.Your RoleManager Up - The Solution Architect will be responsible for providing guidance and best practices for the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet specific business needs in accordance with organizational policies and standards.This includes working with business functions and Business Relationship Manager, to understand the business goals, translating them into technical requirements, and then selecting and integrating the most appropriate technologies to achieve those goals.For a full coverage of your role, you should be especially able to:Be the technical point of contact and lead, assisting and advising where necessary, other team members and those from other business areas as required. Work directly with the business as well as with business relationship managers to clarify requirements, problem statements, success criteria, key assumptions, dependencies and constraints. Drive and support collaborative solution option analysis and, on the basis of this analysis, recommend the high-level solution and approachLiaise with regional and global colleagues on regional and global programs, and to align on standards and policiesEnsure that the solution designs meet both Global and regional policies and standards, as well as local requirements to ensure that all platforms and associated services are secure from the ground up.Review proposed architectures and provide feedback to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.Winning RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in analyzing and designing IT architectures and/or systems.Knowledge of relevant frameworks/methodologies in Enterprise Architecture and Service management (e.g. TOGAF, Cobit, ITIL, CMMI, ...)Skills in designing, drawing, representing, and describing identified solutions.Knowledge of Virtualization and Cloud Computing paradigms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).Fluent knowledge of professional Italian and English is essential.Make An Impact That MattersDeloitte è un network leader nei servizi professionali alle imprese, presente in oltre 150 Paesi con 457 mila professionisti.
