Utilizing finesse in sales techniques, giving suggestions throughout the reservation process. Turning inquiries into successful contracted business deals. Identifying and pursuing promising sales leads with precision and enthusiasm. Responding to all enquiries in a professional yet approachable tone assuring all reservations are completed and comply with the expectations of our guests. A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Familiarity with Opera PMS. Excellent communication skills. Experience in the role. Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
