Role Purpose Considering the continuous growing scenario of IOT services, we are looking for a Operation Support leader able to manage the operation of the BSS/OSS platform (CRM, Order Management, Service Delivery Platform, ERP and billing, etc.) either on Premise or on Cloud.
What you'll do Govern of the Tech Operation activities on BSS/OSS platforms (Business Support Systems/ Operation Support Systems) in the Production environment, based on internal team and outsourced services.
Coordination of the application deployments, on the BSS/OSS platforms.
Performance and availability monitoring for the BSS/OSS platforms.
SLA management.
Customer relationship management.
Definition and maintenance of all the operating procedures needed for the day by day and the extraordinary management of the platforms.
Who you are Operation management of complex platforms based on standard DB (Oracle/ SQL), Linux, Java and common packages .
ITIL and other best practices.
Internal team and outsourced services.
Metrics and control model of activities.
Good relationship.
Kubernetes and/or Bigdata/Cloudera Knowledge.
