**Responsibilities**:
- Offers administrative support related to various HR functions
- Facilitates, monitors, and ensures quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s)
- Maintains and updates the various HR systems
- Prepares contracts, employee letters, and legal documents
- Monitors relevant time-tracking and attendance systems.
- It is a TEMPORARY hire.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
- Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
- Professional-Level English language skills preferred
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations.
Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
