Ricerchiamo attualmente la seguente figura professionale:
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR La risorsa, riportando all'Head of Maintenance e alla Room Division Manager, a seguito di un percorso di formazione e affiancamento, sarà responsabile del coordinamento della squadra di manutenzione composto attualmente da 6 risorse.
Il ruolo prevede le seguenti responsabilità e attività:
Monitoraggio del funzionamento degli impianti dell'hotel Coordinamento, monitoraggio degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinari dei vari settori dell'hotel Organizzazione e divisione del lavoro della squadra di manutenzione in accordo con l'Head of Maintenance Esecuzione di interventi di manutenzione Collaborazione a stretto contatto con tutti i reparti operativi dell'Hotel REQUISITI
La persona che desideriamo incontrare risponde ai seguenti requisiti:
Precedente esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3-5 anni con coordinamento di risorse in realtà alberghiere e/o industriali mediamente complesse Ottime doti organizzative e di problem solving Attenzione per i dettagli Conoscenza di impianti idraulici, elettrici, civili e industriali Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e festivi Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office COSA OFFRIAMO: L'assunzione è prevista tramite CCNL Turismo, l'inquadramento sarà definito in base all'esperienza.
