OFFICE
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE
The Retail Operations Specialist role's key purpose is to support in planning and implementing operational strategies for the WW retail network to ensure retail stores follow corporate brand standards and support the execution of ad-hoc solutions and corporate initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
The Retail Operations Specialist will be part of the Global Retail Operations team for all NGG brands, except for Off White, managing all retail operations activities related to the WW store network.
WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport the store network with all policies and procedures to streamline and safeguard the efficient running of the stores.Support the execution of corporate initiatives and needs to drive operational efficiencySupport all the operations activities linked to new stores' opening/relocation.Supervise stock movements such as Physical Inventories, Cycle Counts, End of Season providing appropriate report analysis to ensure inventory accuracy.Monitoring the implementation of the back of house guidelines.Guarantee all stores have the necessary supplies to operate and works properly to support day-to-day operations.Manage WW uniform orders and seasonal allocations.Developing and evolving retail operations training programs (procedures, POS system, back-office management).WHO YOU ARE2+ years of working experience in a similar role in luxury retail companiesSuccessful studies in business management, majoring in business administration, is considered a plusExcellent knowledge of spoken and written EnglishStrong Excel and PPT skillsKnowledge of RETAIL PRO is considered a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHands-on approach and willingness to work in teamAvailability to travelREWARDS AND BENEFITSGreat compensation package (in consideration of your professional experience)Lunch ticketsDiscounts on all NGG brands and partners including Farfetch and BrownsBe part of a young, dynamic, and innovative company with over 40 different nationalitiesBrand new headquarters located in the center of MilanEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT
