Your Opportunity:
Do you want to actively contribute to our production center? Join the team and become Continuous Improvement Leader for our Mantova and Verona plant.

Your Mission:
Continuous Improvement Mantova & Verona Leader will be based in Parma or Mantova or Verona and will report to CI Italy manager, inside Production Center Italy Organization.
Responsible for improving all processes and activities performed in Mantova or Verona (focus on production perimeter).
Work to achieve the objectives set by management through the improvement of business processes and the development of production processes.
Implement and track the global CI plan in the sites.
Analyze processes and measure business performance to improve efficiency, productivity, and OEE.
Deploy and support Sidel Production System (Machine Board / DOR / WOR).
Responsible for Material Flow in the site.
Define standard processes for promoting best practices across sites.
Support Lean Manufacturing implementation to generate maximum value with the least amount of waste.
Support with Six Sigma methodology all activities and functions.
Your Profile:
Minimum 5 years in CI area.
Performance development in an international manufacturing environment.
Technical educational background.
Proven Lean / WCM / 6 Sigma proficiency training programs (Lean Academy, 6 Sigma Black/Green Belt).
English (Proficiency Level).
Fluency in Italian and French is a plus.
Required experience and skills:
Ability to work autonomously & in a team.
Rigorous, dynamic, organized.
Proactive, strong problem-solving skills.
