Socomec, per la sua sede di Isola Vicentina (VI), sta ricercando un Hardware Design Leader Engineer da inserire nel team di Ricerca e Sviluppo della business unit Energy Storage Solutions , che si occupa dello sviluppo di prodotti per l'integrazione delle energie rinnovabili, la sostenibilità delle reti e la mobilità elettrica.
Il ruolo, che riporta all' R&D Manager , prevede la responsabilità per la progettazione, l'integrazione e la qualifica di sistemi di conversione statica dell'energia per applicazioni di Energy Storage, EV Charging Infrastructures e fotovoltaico.
In particolare: Coordina le attività di progettazione HW, l'integrazione elettromeccanica e termica del sistema, validandone le scelte tecniche; Coordina le attività di progettazione e sviluppo dell'elettronica di potenza (es.
convertitori AC/DC, DC/DC) e digitale; Pianifica e supervisiona le attività di sviluppo HW, al fine di soddisfare gli obiettivi di Time-to-Market, qualità e costo; Supervisiona i test di validazione del sistema, ne definisce i requisiti, le procedure e i criteri di accettazione; Assicura la conformità del prodotto alle norme di riferimento sulla sicurezza e la compatibilità elettromagnetica, seguendo il processo di certificazione con gli enti accreditati preposti e nel contesto del sistema di assicurazione di qualità aziendale.
Requirements I requisiti richiesti per il ruolo sono: Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica o equivalente Significativa esperienza nell'ambito della progettazione ed integrazione di convertitori per la conversione statica dell'energia Attitudine al lavoro in team in un contesto internazionale Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese La posizione prevede la possibilità di brevi ed occasionali trasferte in Italia o all'estero presso la casa madre, fiere o seminari.
