Pfeiffer Vacuum Italia Spa is recruiting for aField Service Engineerat a customer site in Agrate Brianza (MB).
Your roleMaintenance and repairs on vacuum technology devices and systems at our customers' premises 24/7 on a weekly rotation for a maximum of two weeks per month.
Preparation of service assignments with regards to necessary measures, tools and materials.
Commissioning the devices and systems and carrying out operator training on site.
Advising customers on the use and servicing of devices and systems.
Careful documentation of all work carried out, materials used, and working hours in the ERP system.
Collaboration in the creation of customised service agreements.
Support in the marketing of our services and products.
Your backgroundCompleted vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), or a comparable technical profession.
Ideally, you have initial experience and enjoy working in customer service on technically sophisticated products.
Ready to work in a clean room environment.
Hands-on mentality and manual dexterity.
English and Italian language skills are required.
Independent and careful working style, initiative, and willingness to learn are among your strengths.
Strong communication skills, customer-orientation, and an impeccable appearance round off your qualification profile.
