Adecco Italia spa ricerca per conto di RAI RADIOTELEVISIONE ITALIANA un/a Research Specialist da assumere in qualità di Impiegato con contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato presso l'unità organizzativa "Analisi Strategica e Pianificazione" - Area "Strategy Research".

Attività:
- partecipazione ai processi di ideazione, pianificazione e progettazione delle ricerche di mercato (analisi bisogni di fruizione dell'utenza, rilevazione della qualità dell'offerta, monitoraggio della corporate reputation);

- svolgimento di attività di ricerca di mercato, sia qualitative sia quantitative (partecipazione alla costruzione di questionari, supervisione di focus group);

- analisi/interpolazione di dati e dataset (desk analysis, analisi multivariate);

- Realizzazione di reportistiche e infografiche per la divulgazione dei risultati delle attività di ricerca.

Requisiti obbligatori:
- laurea in discipline economiche/tecnico-scientifiche/statistica o afferenti alle scienze sociali;

- conoscenza in materia di analisi delle tendenze editoriali, industriali, economiche e sociali nel mondo dei media (tv, radio, web, social, cinema, pubblicità, editoria in generale);

- esperienza nell'analisi, interpretazione ed elaborazione di tendenze da dati e informazioni;

- conoscenza in materia di ricerche di mercato quantitative/qualitative riferite all'ambito media;

- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (con particolare riferimento a PowerPoint ed Excel) e degli strumenti grafici più conosciuti;

- conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2).

Requisiti preferenziali:
- esperienze pregresse in una o più attività tra quelle previste nel profilo;

- conoscenza e pratica di impiego di applicativi per l'analisi dei dati di audience negli ambiti tv/radio/web e di altre fonti.

Competenze trasversali:
Sono indispensabili ottime capacità comunicative, orali (incluso public speaking) e scritte; capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team. Completano il profilo curiosità, flessibilità e apertura all'innovazione.
