As a (Junior) Project Management Associate (all genders) you are an essential part of our team that is responsible for accompanying exciting projects and getting our product onto the parking lots all across Italy.
What to expectProject rollout: You support all our Italian installation projects throughout the entire process together with an experienced project management team in Italy and GermanyCoordination: You manage internal and external resources to ensure the progress of the project and work closely with different teams in Operations and beyondTechnical planning: You assist with the technical planning of our parking lotsRoute planning: You plan efficient routes for our teams and coordinate internal and external cooperation partnersContinuous improvement: You question the status quo and ensure continuous process optimisationTeam: You report to our Country Manager in Italy and work closely with the Operations Team in Italy and the German headquarterInspire us byBackground: You have completed a preferably technical business degree or have a comparable qualificationExperience: Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of Project Management or Operations through internships and university projects or entry level positionsTechnical Affinity: You have spatial thinking skills, technical expertise and a hands-on mentalityWorking method: Analytical thinking as well as structured and thorough work are among your strengthsTeam spirit: You are a team player and available to occasionally support your colleagues in their tasksThink out of the box: You work independently and on your own responsibility and convince through your proactivity and your solution-oriented thinkingLanguage: You speak Italian at a native level as well as very good EnglishWhat we offerFlexibility: Our model allows you to tailor your work schedule to your unique requirements, ensuring maximum flexibilityBenefits: We have a cooperation with satispay and offer Buoni Pasto on their platformWorkation: Work in inspiring locations during your Workation for fresh ideasSecurity: Your workplace security is ensured by our profitable business modelMeasurable goals: Our OKRs allow you to directly measure your impact on our product and company successEvents: Celebrate our successes at our legendary team events and OKR partiesDevelopment: Take advantage of our language courses or in-house training programs to learn new skillsEquipment: Decide on your own equipment (Apple or Windows) to work efficiently and comfortablyDress code: Dress in a way that makes you feel most comfortableINNOVATION THROUGH DIVERSITY Regardless of your background, origin, gender identity, or individual circumstances, it's your personality that interests us.
