- 39 - 40As the **Head of Digital Product, Distribution Domain** within TUI Musement, you will oversee the successful discovery and delivery of Sales & Marketing digital products solving user needs and achieving business value aligned to our company goals.
You will ensure that your domain is able to effectively understand user & business needs and work with your Head of Digital Product colleagues, Product Design and Technology to unlock value aligned to the company and Digital Product strategy, working horizontally and vertically.
You will drive our culture and develop our people into an industry leading team whilst effectively managing the demands of our business.
**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Customer / User Understanding: Foster a user-centric mindset, driving holistic product management practices, methods and frameworks.
- Product Vision and Strategy: Own and develop the Distribution product vision & strategy, together with Head of Engineering and Design
- Team Leadership: Leading a team of Product Manager Team Leads and ensuring they have the necessary resources to build, coach, manage and retain a high-performance team with high eNPS
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams across business, Digital Product and Technology to deliver successful product launches and continuous discovery/delivery
- Product Roadmaps and Release Management: Overseeing the development and launch of new products or features within your domain with horizontal alignment with other domains
- Effective Communication: Storytelling and communication across various audiences to ensure clarity and commitment to our strategy and goals
**ABOUT YOU**- Expert in Sales & Marketing / eCommerce Digital Product capabilities in both B2B & B2C channels-
- Strong demonstrated experience in leading multiple successful Digital Product Management teams from strategy into execution-
- An effective communicator & influencer that can story-tell and engage various audiences in a multi-channel, multi-brand, multi-product ecosystem-
- Solid expertise in business understanding, product discovery, planning and development with a strong product mindset-
